Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Find My Pet. We strive to offer high-quality products for your pets. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

• You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used pet food, treats, or hygiene products.

• Customized or personalized items.

• Items marked as “Final Sale.”

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our support team at shop@findmypet.lk with your order details and reason for return.

2. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide return instructions.

3. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• If approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

• If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item, defective product), we will refund the full amount, including shipping costs.

You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at shop@findmypet.lk within 7 days of receiving your order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Please email us at shop@findmypet.lk within 48 hours of receiving the item.

• Include clear photos of the damage or defect along with your order details.

• We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

• Pet grooming products (once opened).

• Pet beds and clothing (if used).

• Food and consumable products (if opened).

Please check product descriptions carefully before purchase.
